EBENTO ONE-STOP-SHOP Platform demonstrates the set of energy services, and renovations to better coordinate and manage Energy Performance Contracting, bringing together the needs from all actors involved in enhancing the building stock. As the tool is addressed to Public Institutions and cooperatives, it can demonstrate a higher transparency in the energy decisions to citizens increasing the social energy awareness and participation of the inhabitants of a city.
The One-Stop-Shop Platform comprises three modules that caters to the needs of citizens and building stock, while also improving their energy efficiency. These are:
Building performance contract module
The main module of the platform is Building Performance Contracts and Guarantees, which functions as a logbook for energy performance contracts and certificates. This module facilitates the management of smart contracts and stores all contractual information in an easily accessible manner. Additionally, it enables increased traceability and replication of the solutions used in renovations.
Monitoring module
The module offers to the citizens and easy interface to understand how their building use energy, how the enhancement made them to save energy and money and how their quality life improves thanks to the comfort monitoring. Additionally, this module offers the building information model of the homes helping the users and the renovation actors to understand the needs of the customers and analyse in real time the improvements and the impact achieved after the renovations.
Simulation module
Thanks to Building Information Modelling (BIM), the simulation modules are able to offer various stakeholders the best physical and cost-effective options for enhancing buildings. This is achieved by combining different technologies into renovation packages and taking advantage of the loans available in each country. Furthermore, the module provides a catalogue of possible financial options that are linked with an EPC model to facilitate investment.
