The EBENTO Project has just released its fifth newsletter, offering a deep dive into the latest activities, innovations, and insights shaping the future of building renovation in Europe.
This edition covers highlights from the General Assembly in Tallinn, where project partners gathered for strategic planning, pilot site visits, and knowledge exchange. The synergy among teams was clear as discussions focused on scaling EBENTO’s integrated approach and enhancing cross-border collaboration.
One of the key features in this issue is the release of a video demonstration of the DSS4Ren (Decision Support for Renovation) module. This powerful tool helps guide renovation planning by combining technical data with user needs, a major step toward smarter, citizen-focused decision-making in the renovation sector.
The newsletter also explores the growing role of digitalisation in construction. It showcases how EBENTO is leveraging Building Information Models (BIM) and structured data to support seamless integration within the One-Stop-Shop platform, increasing the efficiency and transparency of renovation workflows.
Readers can also learn about recent progress at the project’s pilot sites. In Manchester, building data has now been fully integrated into the DSS4Ren module, helping support evidence-based renovation decisions.
