A Month of Exchange and Innovation for EBENTO
1 October 2025
This October, the EBENTO project is entering a particularly exciting phase of exchange and collaboration! We will be participating in two major events in Brussels: the Built4People Stakeholder Forum (15 October 2025) and the Built4People 3rd Clustering Event (16 October 2025).
Both gatherings will be an exceptional opportunity for EBENTO to showcase our One-Stop Shop platform, how it works, its unique potential, and what sets it apart from other solutions. At the same time, these events will provide a valuable space to share experiences, best practices, and insights, while identifying barriers and opportunities for scaling innovation in Europe’s construction and renovation sector.
Built4People Stakeholder Forum – 15 October 2025
Organised by the European Commission and ECTP, this year’s Forum will take place in person at the Breydel Auditorium, European Commission, Brussels. The 2025 edition will focus on innovation-driven affordable housing and the built environment, gathering policymakers, industry leaders, researchers, and stakeholders working together to accelerate the green and digital transition.
The Forum will feature exchanges of knowledge, the presentation of innovative solutions, and collaborative discussions aimed at making Europe’s built environment more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient. It will also provide updates on the latest initiatives under the Built4People Partnership and their influence on EU research and innovation agendas.
The event will conclude with the B4PIC Charter Signature Ceremony, welcoming a new wave of B4PICs and strengthening the collective commitment to the Built4People vision.

Built4People 3rd Clustering Event – 16 October 2025
The following day, the 3rd Clustering Event will bring together B4PICs to discuss the state of play of the network, showcase projects, and foster interactive discussions. Breakout sessions will focus on tackling real challenges, including:
- Data collection, integration & interoperability
- Demo buildings & sites – addressing issues such as unexpected unavailability of demonstration facilities, and strategies for long-term engagement with communities and inhabitants.
For EBENTO, these events represent a unique opportunity to highlight our contribution to Europe’s sustainable transition while learning from the experiences of other projects and stakeholders in the field.
