EBENTO General Assembly in Tallinn: Site Visits, Strategy, and Team Synergy

May 30, 2025

The EBENTO consortium has just wrapped up a productive and energizing week in Tallinn (Estonia), where partners gathered for the latest General Assembly and an up-close look at one of the project’s four European pilot sites. The meeting was hosted by Tallinn University of Technology.

A highlight of the visit was Energia 13, a three-storey social housing building owned by the City of Tallinn and originally constructed in 1961. Now undergoing deep renovation, the building is being transformed to drastically improve its energy efficiency. Equipped with safety gear, the consortium visited the site to witness the ongoing works and better understand the implementation of project solutions in a real-world context.

Following the site visit, the team shifted to strategy mode with a full day of presentations, workshops, and collaborative planning sessions. These working meetings focused on reviewing progress, resolving challenges, refining strategies, and aligning efforts as the project moves into a critical phase.

With pilots now actively testing solutions and user engagement increasing, a hands-on workshop on eBento’s One-Stop-Shop Platform was a key part of the agenda. The session ensured all partners are aligned on how the platform works, while also offering a valuable opportunity to improve user experience and functionality through direct feedback.
